Express delivery :
Delivery guaranteed for Christmas for all orders placed on :
• UK & Switzerland : 18/12 by noon ;
• Europe : 19/12 by noon ;
• US & Canada : 16/12 by noon ;
• Rest of the world : 13/12 by noon ;
Standard Courier : We cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas.
Returns are extended until January 14 for any order placed between November 25 and December 14.

E-Reservation
Book online, try & pay in-store
You can reserve an in-store item directly from the product page on eric-bompard.com. Visit the product page, select your size and click on "See availability in store". Select the store where you would like to reserve your item and click "Reserve item". Our store will confirm the availability of your item within 3 hours and you will receive a confirmation email and SMS. Once you have received the availability confirmation, the product will be reserved exclusively for you for 3 days.
In-store Pickup
Maison Bompard allows you to shop online and pick up your order in-store within 3 business days. This service is available only at certain stores and for specific products when choosing the delivery method during your order. At the "delivery option" step, select a store in "store collection". You will receive an email confirming the arrival of your order at the store. You have 15 days from receipt of the notification e-mail to collect your order. Please remember to bring proof of identity.
Express Delivery
We offer an express delivery service. Delivery charges and times vary depending on the country and the amount of your order. A courier delivery service is available in Paris and the surrounding suburbs.
